Browse our Product Section and select a Product. Click to add it to your Shopping Cart. View and Edit the Contents of your Cart at anytime. When you are satisfied with your order, Click ‘Continue’ and fill up the order form. After you have filled the order form, click preview. After you have previewed your order click ‘Confirm’. You will then be redirected to the Payment page. If you make any inquiries about your order, please send an email to us, we will immediately give you the details.

What are the payment methods?

Lovelyflowers.in has integrated with Razor pay a secured payment gateway. You can pay through it.

Is the online payment safe and my credit card details secure?

Is there any hidden charges for the shipping or any involved?

There are No extra charges for the delivery in major cities Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Salem, Tiruchirappalli.If your required location is in remote area please check with our delivery locations.

What happens after I place an order?

When your order is placed on the web site, it is then sent over a secure connection to www.lovelyflowers.in You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been downloaded and received at www.lovelyflowers.in (subject to payment clearance). If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer service associates will contact you by phone or email.

Can I order the flowers to be delivered on the same day?

Yes, deliveries to major cities will be done on the same day if the order is placed before 2 pm IST. If the order is placed after 2 pm IST we would try to deliver your order on the same day depending on your request, and if we are unable to deliver on the same day, the same would be delivered on the next day.

How can I confirm that www.lovelyflowers.in has received my order properly?

As soon as we received the order an Email is sent to the mail id provided by you in the order form with a order number.

When will my order arrive?

What happens if the receiver is not present at the delivery address?

Since the flowers and cakes are perishable please be sure that someone receives the order at the address mentioned. In case of unavoidable situation the delivery is made to neighbour with their consent.

When will be the order delivered and what time?

We cannot guarantee the time of delivery it depends upon the availability of product and materials. Please give us the additional information’s like landmark to reach fast, our delivery staff will try maximum to satisfy your request.

What if I need to make a change to my order or make a cancellation?

If you want to change or reschedule the order please write us to info@lovelyflowers.in

At least 24 hrs before so that we can accommodate the changes you require but not the value otherwise you have to cancel the order and place a new order.

If the order is canceled by the customer 1 days before the delivery date, customer will get full refund.

What is the Guarantee?

We guarantee to promptly deliver fresh, beautiful floral arrangements.

Regional differences and seasonal availability may affect some colors, flowers and or products, however every order is filled to full value by our trained florists.

Refund policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed here. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure your delivery perfectly. In dealing with highly perishable products, if in case anything goes wrong, you bring up a concern or complaint, we will always listen and resolve the issue as quick as possible. Our customer service staffs are trained to respond to concerns and can decide on an appropriate course of action for you on the spot.

If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
